Engaging traditional Italian-American values and the distinct, diversiform borough of The Bronx, my experiences molded me into the determined individual I am today, ready to take on the world. Amidst a fusion of diversity and challenges, both social and personal, I have learned that nothing is definitive, and I cannot prepare for everything. Healthcare, to me, is similar to my experiences so far, in that I can prepare for as best as possible, learning the skills and techniques vital to be a successful, and face what comes my way. How I apply my knowledge and skills is most important and this will help me in my nursing leadership journey.
